Everything needed before “yes.”

A memo for leadership, a map for the first month, a checklist that fills the mark itself, and a glossary with its own glyphs, all on this page, no forms in the way.

THE LEADERSHIP MEMO

One page, four arguments, one seal.

INTERNAL MEMO: WHY A GATE, NOT A BAN

The shortest case we can make.

  1. Usage already exists; the only choice is whether it is visible. A ban moves it off the record, not out of the building.
  2. A gate beats a ban only if it is easier than the workaround, so the employee experience is a security control, not a luxury.
  3. Cost control belongs at the request, not the invoice: balance per team, approval for the exception.
  4. Evidence written at the moment of work costs minutes; evidence reconstructed later costs weeks.
Seamless Enterprise: FOR INTERNAL CIRCULATION

A PDF version: soon. Until then, this page prints cleanly.

THE FULL FAQ

Six honest answers.

Is Seamless Enterprise built to align with NCA, PDPL, and SAMA requirements?

Yes. Seamless Enterprise is built with the requirements of NCA, PDPL, and SAMA in mind, so identity, permissions, records, and governance controls fit Saudi enterprise expectations from the start.

Where does our data live?

Where you decide: trusted cloud, private cloud, or on-premises, and the matrix on the technology page compares the three homes plainly.

What do employees actually feel on day one?

A familiar chat behind their usual sign-in. The gate works underneath; the employees page walks the first week day by day.

How is cost kept boring?

Balance is decided before usage, spent per request, and raised by named approval, so the invoice is the least interesting document of the month.

What never leaves the gate?

Whatever your enablement says: sources are off until switched on, scoped by role after, and reads are recorded either way.

Can we leave, with our data?

Yes: conversations, configuration, and the register export in machine-readable form. A gate you cannot leave is a cage, and we wrote a whole page against cages.

Mark half-full? Bring it.

A session moves fastest when the eight squares are already poured in.
