Every principle here comes with its practical meaning and how to test us against it — because a principle you can't test is a product that sells with words. Our slogans, if proven false, live in our register.

Honesty before sales
What we can't commit to, we don't write — anywhere.
TEST: Read any of our pages: do you find an unverifiable promise? A number without an illustrative label? A claim of official certification?

Arabic is the origin, not a translation
Every text is written in Arabic first and thought in Arabic first — English carries the meaning, not the phrasing.
TEST: Put any Arabic text through a translator to English: does it read like a translation or like an original? Genuine Arabic text translates with difficulty.

Least privilege by default
Any new account starts at the narrowest role — widening is a named, recorded decision, not a generous default.
TEST: In the session: add a new account and read its default permissions before anyone intervenes.

Constraint before feature
We don't build a new feature until its boundaries are visible in the register — a feature that isn't recorded doesn't get built.
TEST: In the session, ask about any capability: how is its usage recorded and how is its boundary enforced? If the answer isn't immediate, that's an observation.

No numbers without 'illustrative'
Any quantitative figure in Seamless Enterprise materials carries an 'illustrative figures' or 'draft v0' label or equivalent — or it is an error to be corrected.
TEST: Search any page for a quantitative number: does it carry an illustrative label? If not, tell us — it will be corrected.

'Soon' means soon
'Soon' in any Seamless Enterprise material is a time-bound commitment, not a marketing sign — and what isn't genuinely soon doesn't get labeled 'soon'.
TEST: Watch the development page on our site: did what was labeled 'soon' actually arrive? That is the test — and the delay itself gets written.

Our register covers what we stopped ourselves
When we change a decision, stop a feature, or announce an API break, it gets written and kept — not deleted.
TEST: In the session: is there a feature you stopped? How was it announced? If the answer has no clear record, that's an observation.

Test them: every principle suggests a specific test on this page. If the tests pass, the principles are real — and if they fail, that is something you share with us in the session, not a defensive retort.
What happens when Seamless Enterprise violates its own principles?
It gets written — in our register and in the public announcement. 'Our register covers what we stopped ourselves' means that violating a principle is also an entry, not silence. That is what makes the seventh clause a commitment, not a slogan.
Can I add a principle to this list or object to a clause?
The first cohort builds with us — and operational principles are part of that build. A substantiated objection in the session enters the internal review and gets a written response before any contract is signed.
